Shipping & Returns
Delivery of Goods
All paper and canvas prints are made to order, so please allow time for printing, stretching (if applicable), and packaging before dispatch. Estimated production times are:
- Small paper prints: 1–5 business days
- Stretched canvas prints: 16–18 business days
- All other prints: 4–10 business days
Shipping Within Australia
- Prints up to 105cm in length are shipped via Australia Post Registered Parcel service.
- Prints over 105cm in length are shipped via a domestic courier service to your door.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Airmail or Seamail services.

Packaging
- Stretched artworks (ready to hang) are securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a cardboard box, clearly marked with “Fragile” stickers.
- Unstretched artworks (rolled) are packaged in protective tubes, with tissue paper lining to prevent damage.
Insurance
All original artworks are fully insured during shipping.
Customs Charges & Local Taxes
- For orders outside Australia, customs duties or local taxes may apply upon arrival in your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are unable to estimate these fees, so please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
Returns
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your reason for return so we can assist you appropriately.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
