This artwork is about taking your position in who you are and what you do. It’s about knowing what your position is and being confident in it. When you take up your seat, your calling, it sits you in the position that makes you ready for the life created for you. For the Sea Queen, it’s ready to take on the sea. For me, it’s to paint a painting to encourage you to do the same.
